I have same problem with my Watsonx Assistant(plus plan). This happens even when ..

    1. Copy URL from Manage menu,
    2. and just paste that URL to web browser’s address bar,
    3. then I see 404(not found) error in my web browser.

Doesn’t this mean displayed URL( in IBM Cloud ) itself would be wrong?

    Hello, dotnsf

Thank you for reaching out. Please make sure that you have updated the plugin to the latest version and carefully followed the chatbot setup instructions. Additionally, check if you are using the new version of the IBM Cloud interface.

You should copy the Service instance URL from the Assistant IDs and API details tab.

I hope this helps resolve your issue. If not, please let us know!

    Best regards, Intela Help
