Although the feed is valid, it does not have any items for our plugins to import. This is evident after opening the feed in a browser tab. Feed items should be provided within <item> and <entry> tags.
If you can contact the feed publisher, you will need to request them to provide items within <item> and <entry> tags, while fulfilling the RSS 2.0 specification requirements.
ive found an issue wuith the rssmix site but im new to this and i dont understand what i am doing wrong

both of these are valid and are direct from ther sites and work on readers ive installed but nothing gets fetched it just spins a wheel next tot he url source
I am able to import both these feeds. Can you please ensure the flag DISABLE_WP_CRON is set to false in your site’s wp-config.php?
If that is already done, please install the WP Crontrol plugin and visit Tools > Cron Events to see if your cron’s are stuck. If several tasks have their scheduled times marked ‘now’, this means the cron’s are stuck. Your hosting provider should be able to help you resolve this issue.
dont think my host knows what to do

For the feed you’re using, I can get all 5 items just fine.
Can you hover your mouse on the red triangle and let us know what error message you see?
