    Hi there,

    In Switzerland (not part of EU/GDPR), a new law comes into effect that will concern the privacy policy of Switzerland. Do you have further information whether your plugin will be compliant with the Swiss Law?

    We ensure that our plugin adheres to the key consent requirements outlined by Swiss law, which includes obtaining clear and explicit consent, providing users the ability to withdraw their consent, and securely storing all user consent data. It is important to note that the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) will not come into effect until September 2023. We can assure you that we will make any necessary updates to our consent collection practices to comply with the changes specified in the law before it takes effect.
