• Today, for the first time, a Packstation address was rejected. The address was entered according to DHL’s recommendations, i.e., address field 1 with the customer number and address field 2 with “Packstation” and its number.

    Error creating label:
    Error :

    • ( consignee ) : Please enter a house number.
    • ( consignee ) : The adress could not be encoded to a routing code.

    Hi @redima,

Please make sure you’re on the latest version of our plugin from ww.wp.xz.cn and try again.

For REST, Packstation must be entered exactly like this:

    Postnummer (mandatory) → customer ID

    Street → Packstation

House number → the Packstation number (e.g. 104)

    Postcode/City → of that Packstation

    Country → Germany

Best practice: use our Location Finder at checkout/order edit, it will auto-fill the correct Packstation address and set the Postnummer in the right field, which avoids the “house number / not encodable” errors.
