Validate Checkbox Selection

Hi,

I have a field which has a number of checkboxes. I want to check the number of checkboxes selected before the form is submitted. For example, I have 5 options and want to ensure that at least 4 have been selected before the form can be submitted. Can anyone suggest a way of doing this.
