Validating Website Feed

I’m looking into validating the site and the feed but not sure what is going on with the both of them.

Site is in HTML5 and it looks like the Feed is being converted to HTML as well causing problems. Is this an encoding (utf-8) problem that should be changed to something else? I’m actually quiet confused on what to do.

I also use the theme’s short codes, example [blockquote][/blockquote] to add some fancy stuff to the front end. It’s also used to embed the videos which I noticed are also causing errors. Maybe this is part of the issue?
