Validation Error with iTunes

I’m trying to set up podcasts to iTunes. I keep getting these 2 errors…

– Can’t download episodes from your feed.
– Podcast artwork must be between 1400 x 1400 and 3000 x 3000 pixels, JPG or PNG, in RGB color space, and hosted on a server that allows HTTP head requests.

I know the icon is correct but not sure about the HTTP header issue. It’s a bit over my head.

I tested at apple’s site.

With my URL of http://feeds.feedburner.com/fwrp and https://fwrp.org/podcasts/feed/

I’ve tried using Google FeedBurner too. Everything looks good there but still get errors. So it makes me think it’s having issues from WP.
