I installed the plugin on our wordpress site and it seems work. However, if I use Google Search Console it shows validation errors on 5 pages. The strange thing is, yesterday it showed 19 pages indexed, 4 errors. Today is shows 56 pages indexed and 5 errors. The errors today are different pages than yesterday.

If I manually validate one of the pages, i.e:
https://www.darwinspet.com/for-veterinarians/?amp
https://www.darwinspet.com/raw-pet-food-free-delivery/?amp

They validate just fine. Any ideas would be much appreciated.

Thank you for using the plugin. I think I know the reason for this issue,

You need to add a default featured Image, you can do that from Dashboard > AMP > Structured Data and upload Default Post Image along with height and width values.

That should fix your issue.
