    When validating VAT – EU in checkout we get Validation failed. Please try again.
    It used to work, now it doesn’t..

    I can confirm the plugin is working correctly on our end. The issue may be specific to your environment. Please note that sometimes the official VIES system itself experiences downtime, which can temporarily affect VAT validation.
