Validation Issue

    I have created a multi-page form with various required fields. When I click the “Next” page button without filling in the forms, I do not receive any validation error message or any change in the state of the fields to indicate what the issue is. From reading the Support questions, I presume that missing required fields are supposed to turn red (or have a border) but that is not happening for me.
    Any idea what the issue might be or what should happen when a validation is run against a page/form?
