I’m guessing you either changed something in the settings or figured out what was going on, because I just submitted a review at that URL without issue.
The problem still remains. type in a title and a comment then click submit twice or three times.

You aren’t selecting stars for all the fields or entering the captcha, so it’s normal that it isn’t validating. You need to select a rating (at least one star) for each field, or else it will keep not validating.
if I do not select the stars validation displays which is correct, but then when I do select the stars the validation text still remains.
also the validation text keeps repeating and stacking for each submission which is not correct.

It still submits the form once you select a rating for each field and fill in the captcha. It’s all working. But I understand what you’re saying about the text. We’ll note it down and see if we can implement a way to have it remove the text once you click a star.
