Validation on every page generates jQuery errors

    Hey there,

    just filing a bug: Versions 8.8 and 8.9 of the plugin both show the following behavior under my WP 4.8 installation:

    When I am logged in, they run script.js (which contains $(".webinar-registration-form").validate();) on each and every post/page – even when there is no shortcode. (This results in a jQuery error that makes my pages stop building.) When I am logged out, this bug does not occur.
