Validation problems

Hi all, I do not know if anyone has the same validation problem. Due to Colio plugin problems I discovered some issues with Customizr validation, using W3C validator I got:

47 Errors, 74 warning(s)

and something does not work properly….
Do you have this problem?
In which way I can fix it?
