You need to actually read the error messages that are shown on that page. When you do that the issue is actually pretty obvious.

The <img> tag that you’re using isn’t closed. It needs /> at the end, not just >. Any tag that gets opened needs to be closed, either by a closing tag or it needs to be self-closing like above.
