Value is transmitted as “empty”

Hello

I have the following problem:

I added a dropdown field to a registration form.

When I select a value in the dropdown field during registration, it is sent as “Empty” in the email notification to the administrator.

How can I fix this? I’ve tried various meta keys, but the result remains the same.

Unfortunately not. It’s not shown in the information on the dashboard either.

Try to do both a Theme and a Plugin conflict test, if your Theme
or another Plugin is causing a conflict with UM.

Ive now run a conflict test, but unfortunately, theres no improvement.

Ive deactivated all plugins except Ultimate Member and activated the Twenty Twenty-Five theme from WordPress. But not fixed.

Hello

Unfortunately, that didn’t work either.

Is there a way to completely reset Ultimate Member?

Perhaps an error occurred in Ultimate Member when duplicating this website.

Should i Enable custom table for usermeta?

I was able to fix it for now. I had to use a metakey for it.

I think that metakeys that have already been used, like those you delete, don’t completely disappear from the database, and that’s causing some kind of conflict.
