Values duplicated when exporting

My website is an online charity lottery website.

Users have the option to vote for a dog/charity (variation) when purchasing tickets.

Those users who select more than one charity (variation) aren’t exporting as they should.

Example:

User votes for dog (variation) 1, adds 2 tickets to basket > user then adds another 3 tickets to the basket by voting for dog (variation) 2 > User checks out, pays for the tickets and the order processed.

I then export all orders into a spreadsheet for the next step of the draw. The orders where a user has purchased more than one variation shows across two lines, each with the exact same monetary value despite the actual value of these lines not being the same.

Please assist.

Hi Alex,

Absolutely amazed at how quickly you have replied. Really appreciate that.

Both rows show the same order. In the first column you can see the total in £GBP. It says £9 in both rows. This isn’t the case. In column 6 you can see the quantity of items purchased. Each line being a different variation.

The 1.5 mentioned is the price per ticket. So the top row should be valued at £1.5 and the bottom row should be £7.50 to make a total of £9 when the rows are combined. Not individually.

please, open “Setup Fields”, section “Product Order Items” and drag “Order Line Total” to export.

There is section “Product Order Items” in right column.

Thank you, I’ve added that in and it still isn’t working. It’s not showing the accurate total for each variation ordered. Just the single ticket price.

I cannot edit orders. It’s illegal to tamper with these orders as it relates to a lottery.

The only thing I can do is export data and it’s showing the data incorrectly when exporting using your plugin.

Probably, you use non-standard way to create variations.
Try check section https://docs.algolplus.com/algol_order_export/overview-codesnippets/

But for me – field “Order Line Total” matches to column “Total” on the screenshot https://imgur.com/iaXSDyY

I am creating variations via WooCommerce by creating attributes, then creating a variable product using these attributes. It’s the standard way to go about doing this.
