Just a note: This is a 100% volunteer staffed support forum. We don’t really do ASAP here and if it’s really urgent then you should consider seeking paid help.

That said, that looks like a very custom theme you are using. Try some basic troubleshooting to see if you can find where the problem is.
1 – First off make a full backup of your files and database.

That’s just a precaution because something is going on with your site. If you change a setting and it messes something up (it shouldn’t) then having that backup will save you lots of time.
2 – Temporarily deactivate all of your plugins and switch to the Twenty Twelve theme. This is just to see if the featured images show up after you’ve done that step.
If they do show up then work your way backwards. Enable one plugin, test and see if the images disappear again, enable another, repeat etc.
Save your theme for last.
If something goes really wrong (it really should not but safety nets are useful) then restore that backup and you’ll be back to square one.
the images might have been deleted from the server – do check with the hosting company if they had recent problems.
check the /wp-content/uploads folders;
your hosting company might have backups of the folders (?).
also check if the file permissions might have been changed.
for instance, this image is simply not found: http://wetworkreefs.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/02/IMG_00091.jpg
