Vantage Theme and SP Project & Document Manager plugin

Hello all. I urgently need your support!!!

My problem concerns SP Project & Document Manager plugin and Vantage Theme.
The content on the uploader doesn’t display unless I click on the refresh button.
Once the folder/file are displayed after clicking on the refresh button, if I click on a file to download it, the blue spinning squares are displayed again and nothing is displayed. I need to click on the refresh button in order to display the file/folder list again.

This problem occurs since I change my theme which is now Vantage.
