    I have kinda solved by intercepting the table WP_WPSP_CUSTOM_FIELDS and by creating a php script that reads the array before opening the ticket and sql updates the table in field_value for the dropdown record. This way the dropdown menù shows the properly data for the current user, but i think that the plugin laks on this aspect just as the capability of putting text inside the custom field that compose the insert ticket page (a warning example or advices).

    one last think i can’t figure out is this json that the plugin creates:
    a:2:{s:8:”ABC12345″;s:8:”ABC12345″;s:6:”ABC123;s:6:”ABC123″;}
    why is that important for the plugin to know how many characters composes the custom record?
