variable filter

Hello, are there any filters to change title variables before it fires wpseo_title? For example, if some queries are in the URL to serve one type of variable, another type of variable is not presented.

Ex:

Title1 %%term_title%% %%page%% %%sep%% %%sitename%%
Title2 %%term_title%% %%page%% %%sep%% %%sitename%%
