Variable menu options

    In contact form 7 I would like to make the form change depending on the choice of a drop-down menu. For example, I have a choice menu with values A, B, C.
    And a second menu that lets you choose D, E, F if I select A, but G, H, I if I previously selected B and again L, M, N if I chose C. How can I do it?
