Variable (percent) shipping rate

Thanks for your plug-in!

I am trying to set a variable shipping rate for the pick-up stores (in fact, I’m actually trying to replicate a tax rate) based on the order price, ie to add an extra 20% on the order if it is picked-up in store.

I have tried “20%” and “x20” but both are understood by the plug-in to be “20” of my currency unit (USD) ie a fixed rate.

Is there a way to have a variable shipping rate on the store?
