Variable Price Gift Voucher

I was wondering if it’s possible to do this in WooCommerce or whether I need an extra plugin.

I am trying to make a variable product – a gift voucher – whose value can be chosen by the purchaser. I want them to be able to choose their own amount for the gift voucher. It’s not like a tshirt with sizes, I want a totally flexible amount they can enter and then purchase.

Can this be done?
