I intend to offer a course which will entitle subscribers to a number of free appointments each of 15 minutes duration with the opportunity to book and pay for additional sessions of an hours duration.
I would like to exclude from the 15 minute sessions those who have not subscribed to the course but I would like to offer them the opportunity to book and pay for sessions of an hours duration.

Can this be done with the Professional version?

    Many thanks

    Normski

    Hi,

Yes, in the Appointment Hour Booking the price is defined for each service, so you can have a “free” service of 15 minutes and a “paid” services of a different duration.

The commercial version will give you the option to setup different “open hours / available times” for the different services.

Thank you for using the plugin!

Thank you for your reply. But would it be possible to make the 15 minute service free to some users but not available to others. I guess I would have to set up the ‘free’ calendar form on a password protected page. Is it possible to password protect individual calendar forms?

A solution may be to publish the “free booking” form in a private page and give access to it only to the subscribed users (ex: a password protected page).

Another option may be to give a 100% discount code to the subscribed users. See the Coupon codes add-on (commercial version of the plugin):

You may be also interested in the following feature for charging additional optional items/services in the booking form:

Thank you for using the plugin!
