    Hi Woocommerce support system!!

    I have been approached by customers that were unable to add products to the shopping-cart. All of these customers have iPhones and tried to add varaiable-products to the cart.

    It seems that on certain iPhones (not all models or OS versions) the price is not being calculated after selecting al product options. I have tested this in multiple browsers (Safari, Chrome, Firefox) with the same result.

    I would like to know why this is happening and what i can do to help these customers.

    Hi there,

    This isnt something that I’m able to replicate on my local testing site. With this in mind, please do the following:

    • Share a copy of your status report found under **WooCommerce > Status**
    • Share the exact link to a product where this is happening;
    • Indicate which phone models & makes as well as the browsers on each where this is happening

    Hi,

    Thank you for the quick response.
    The problem is that I do not know the makes and models where this is happening, therefor i also had some issues with replicating the problem myself. I would have to call my cutomers back.
    It seems the calculation is running by javascript which seems to not be triggered on some devices.

    Thanks for sending over the link. I tried to see if I could run into any trouble with the product, but it works well for me.

    If you can, find out from your customers about their browser settings. Do they have JavaScript disabled by any chance?
