The thing with the “Select an option” button is that it will scroll you up or down to the section of the page where you can select the variation of the product. And that is the only action of that button. It is not developed in a way to add products to the cart. Visitor can use the default woocommerce button to perform add to cart action.
I also visited the page that you mention and, the button is performing the above mentioned action.
