Variable product image update when variation choosed

Hello,

I want to put in a wordpress page (not shop product page), the add to cart button and the image of the product (variable product).
I can add them with shortcode [product id=””] but the image shown is always the product image, and not the chosen product variation image.
Is there a way to update the product image to the chosen product variation image?
