I took a look at the screenshots you shared (thanks!). I’m not quite sure what variable information is missing. I see the 14″ x 9″ notation in one of the screenshots, which would indicate that’s the variant that’s been purchased. I’d be interested to know what other information is missing.
Is this lack of variable information happening on all orders? What happens when you try with another payment method, such as the built-in Check payment method?

Thanks for the reply. It turns out I had a corrupt file or table. You were seeing two different screenshots, one from dev and one from production. Production was losing all the product information. The site is working now. Reuploading and restoring the database fixed it.
