Variable Product Stock

    SO glad the SkyVerge team has taken over this plugin. I’m a huge fan of your work and know we can rely on you!

    My variable products are not syncing correctly. The stock for each variation is set, and in my woocommerce storefront, are all purchasable with inventory.

    On my Facebook Shop Catalog, I have an error on every product, where it shows “In Stock” but has a message “The availability of this product is ‘in stock’ but its inventory is equal to 0. This is contradictory, please fix this in your data source.”

    I have manually initiated a re-sync, and the data is changing on Facebook, as the Short Descriptions I added are syncing properly.

    Looking at the data in Catalog Manager on Facebook for the products, it shows

    Stock availability – In stock
    Inventory – 0

    How can I help troubleshoot this further?

    As a first step, would you please confirm if you are using the latest version, v1.10.0, which was released just a couple of days ago?

    That’s great news! I’m glad that’s now sorted.

    To confirm then, are you still seeing the issue with the stock count and availability? If so, we’d love to have a closer look! In which case, please could you raise a support request via our support form so we could look into this further for you?
