Variable product sync and hide

    Hi,

    I can’t show variable products on the catalog.

    Every time I create new product, it “sync and hide”. This is not virtual product!

    On facebook I see

    Missing or Incorrect Data
    This error may appear for up to 30 minutes after you make your updates.
    Product Not Visible: visibility
    Product should be visible for Facebook to show it to users.

    I can’t change it to “sync and show” because there is no facebook tab on variable product. I see this only on simple product.

    Thanks for writing to us about Facebook for WooCommerce! I’m sorry to hear that the plugin isn’t working as expected. I am happy to help out here. 🙂

    The Facebook visibility setting will show “Sync and hide” when it is set to staging. To change the setting to “Sync and show” the product must be published.

    Will you please check that the products you are having issues with are published?

    Additionally,​ would you please be able to paste your system status here so I can get a better idea of what might be going on? You can grab it by going to:
    WooCommerce > Status and clicking on Get system report.

    Hi…

    I have the same issue with our store. All variable products are set to “Sync and hide” which means we can not use them for our Instagram promotions and are not correctly displayed on the Facebook store. Error on Facebook is the same as OP.

    Products are published. It does seem like we can not change this to “Sync and show” manually in Woocommerce? I found a workaround today to set visibility to true manually in the Catalog manager.

    Hey guys,

    For variable products, you need to go into where ‘Variations’ are, just below ‘Attributes’ and set each variation to ‘Sync and Show’, problem solved.

    I had the same issue with my site, https://www.wayandfarer.com but just got this all sorted now.

    I have the same problem, BUT: products are published AND do not have variations.

    Probably the problem occurs when i duplicated the products.

    How can i solve the issue?
