Variable Product with optional PPOM add-ons

We have PPOM Pro setup to use with variable products, so customer picks their size, then if they want can add options which are setup through PPOM.

What happens is if they don’t want any options, customers cannot add the products to cart unless add an option, even though its set to not required. An error shows that item must have at least “1”, which we try and change on the main product but it won’t let us change to add to cart.
