Better write a few words what exact issue is.. because I have just check on your site with selection it is showing the box to place files..
Do you mean it is let user select file without selecting variation ?

Can I just check if there is any reason for this issue i’m facing:
When a 1mb file (name of file is ‘ABC.jpg’) is uploaded, the file name seems to be changed to ‘a71bfbc96f977c2dafb825cab51f62cd971931d41502782046’ and size 12.3kb. May I know if there is a reason for this or am I facing any bug with the plugin?

no, it will not compress the files, but filename is fine like that, system generates its own filename so all fine with filename. but why it becomes 12.3Kb on your domain that is a different issue/bug etc…
Are you using any image compresser on server? Second question is the quality of image changed ?
