    Hi
Can I check if the free version handles Total Cart Weight with Variable products ?

Its not working on my site but want to check first. Happy to buy the upgraded version if I need it.

    Thanks

    Hi Frank,

Both free and paid versions of the plugin work with total order weight, no matter whether there are simple, variable or any other product types in the cart.

If you need help with your configuration please gather the following details.

    Hi Dan

    1. WordPress: WordPress 5.0.3 running Porto theme., WooCommerce: 5.2.4, Weight Based Shipping: Free, PHP: 5.6.40.

    2. <one or more links to screenshots here>

    3. I’m testing it with the order:
    Item #1: 100grams, GB, 5

Total order weight: Not Displayed on Screen
    Order subtotal: <price>
    Shipping destination: UK

    4. I expect to see
    — Regular Shipping: £2.22
    — Express Shipping: n/a

    5. I do see instead:
    — Regular Shipping: £1.64 ( the weight that is for 4 units )

    Hi

    I have 2 products:
1 is a Variable Product that weighs 100 grams
1 is a Simple Product that weighs 100 grams

    The Rule says 500grams = £2.22

    The Simple Product works

The Variable Product shows the correct prices per the rules for 1 to 4 units.
But when I add 5 it still shows the price for 4. It then shows the price for 5 when I add 6.
