Variable Products always ”sync and hide”

Hi, this plugin used to work flawlessly but as of late whenever I publish variable products, it seems to keep the products in ”sync and hide”. Moreover, I can’t seem to enable sync and show in bulk and the FB Catalog Visibility is not ever there anymore on the dashboard. (yes, I’ve checked the screen options and it’s just not there anymore).
FYI WordPress, WC and this plugin are updated to the latest versions.

Can you please provide us with a screenshot of where you are looking for the catalogue visibility settings?

The product sync options for Variable products are located in the product’s Variation tab (rather than the Facebook tab)

As you can see, there isn’t a bulk option to ”Sync and Show” these products on the back end dashboard. I can only do that if I edit them and manually toggle it, but that tends to become very tiresome when each products has approximately 6-9 variations and gotta manually toggle it on each variation.
Plus, it tends to default it to ”Sync and hide” which is counterintuitive to what the plugin really wants to do.

I too have this issue. There is no way to toggle sync and hide to sync and show on the product list or product edit. It did sync and show automatically on the items I added last week but hide the ones from before that.

Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
The best way to determine this is to:- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Repeat the action that is causing the problem
If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.
