Variable products default currency problem

    Hello,

    I was trying to solve currency switcher problem on our page and while we are using the B2BKing plugin, their support recommended your plugin as the only compatible sollution.
    The problem I try to solve with the B2BKing support is about compatibility with the WPC Grouped products plugin and currency switch is secondary issue.

    But, when testing your plugin I encountered an isssue with variable products = it doesn’t depend od WPC grouped products plugin.

    When I setup FOX Currency Swith and testing then the price for variable products in default currency is 0 and it only works correctly for the secondary currency = €. I was trying to change the types of sessions on settings, testing with the WP Rocket OFF with no effect.

    Do you have any tip for me about this issue? Can we check this together please? I can create na FTP access and an test account for you – so we can check this issue together.

    On this forum I can only suggest steps you can do yourself — sharing access credentials here is against the rules and could get both our accounts banned.

    Here is what I recommend:

    1. Create a staging site on a subdomain (a clean clone of your site using Duplicator or a similar tool).
    2. On the staging site, disable ALL plugins except WooCommerce and FOX Currency Switcher. Then check if the variable product pricing works correctly.
    3. If it works — the issue is caused by another plugin interfering. Re-enable plugins one by one until you find the conflict.
    4. Also try switching your theme to Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Five (the simplest default theme) and test again. Sometimes a theme injects custom hooks or scripts that break the currency logic.

    I tested variable products on my end and everything works correctly, so something on your setup is interfering with the pricing logic — most likely a plugin with custom hooks.
