    Hello,

    Thanks for reaching out and sharing the video!

    That doesn’t seem right. So we can have a better understanding of your setup, can you please share your System status report? You can find it in WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support and then paste it here.

    Also, is this only happening with this product? Do you have any other variable product showing this behavior?

    Thank you for sending the System Status!

    I think this could be due to a conflict with WooCommerce and your theme or with another plugin.

    To be sure of this, please perform a conflict test by temporarily switching your theme back to Storefront, disabling all plugins except WooCommerce, and then check again if the issue persists. If that solves it, then re-enable all plugins one-by-one, until you find the one creating the conflict.

    If you cannot perform a conflict test on your live site, we recommend creating a staging site using the WP Staging plugin.

    Hi, I have tried disabling all plugins and changing theme to both 2022 theme and another Astra theme. None of this has changed or fixed the problem. Anything else that I could try?

    Hello,

    Thanks for performing the conflict test!

    Can you please share your product configuration CSV file with us using a Google Drive or Dropbox public link, for example?

    You can export it via Products > Export. Please limit the export to the category Type A in the Which product category should be exported? field.

    This way, we’ll be able to troubleshoot that product’s configuration in our systems.

    Can you try to raise your variation threshold to a number equal to or higher than 377 following the instructions on this thread?
