Can you tell me if you are using PayPal as your payment gateway? Can you check the order to see if you are getting two notifications of payment being received? If so, please check that you are using only PDT OR IPN, not both. Doing so would create two notifications that would tell your store to reduce stock twice.
If you are not using PayPal I suggest you check with whatever payment gateway you are using to see if there might be a similar setting that you should deactivate to prevent a second notice from telling your store to reduce stock unnecessarily.

Now i have to find something similar but without bug, could you have any suggestion?
