Variable products won't save data

I have two variable products in my store. Some of the variations I set didn’t save the data for the price and when I go back and add it in WooCommerce won’t save the updates. I’m also having trouble adding more variations.

I read http://docs.woothemes.com/document/problems-with-large-amounts-of-data-not-saving-variations-rates-etc/ and upped my max_input_vars. I also increased my WP Memory Limit to 256 as it was quite a bit under the recommended level. But nothing seems to allow me to add any new variations or update the prices for the most recently added variations.

Does anyone have any help for me?
