variable room : can’t delete one variable

    Hello,
    I have a problem with my website. I can’t delete the variation “nuit en demi-pension pour 1 personne” in the room “le dortoir”. When I update the page it appears again. Even if I create a new page “le dortoir” this variable is always there and if I put the price in it, it create a new empty variable “nuit en demi-pension pour 1 personne”.
    Do you think you can help me ?

    Hi,

    When you create a variable room an empty variation with the first available rate is placed in the room’s settings for you. Because you can’t have a variable room without variations.

    So, if you’re creating a variable room and you want another room rate just use the dropdown and select another one (see the screenshot, https://lopezb.d.pr/9bROz6).

    If you’re creating a standard room and you don’t need any variation, select “Standard room” as the “Room type” (see the screenshot, https://lopezb.d.pr/eYWNwg).

    Thank you for your quick answer.
    I already have two variations in this room but it add a third one. And this is the one I can’t delete. It is the last one without price on the page.
    And when I put the price in it, a fourth variable appears.

    Hi,

    Unfortunately, I can’t reproduce the issue. Also, no one has reported this error.

    Can you make a quick video? Also, what theme are you using? Did you try to deactivate the other plugins?

    My theme is brick. It was working until today. I’ve tried to desactivate every plugin and to re-install the classic editor.

    Ok, so it’s was working until today. So there’s probably something else here. did you update something in the last day?

    Can you switch for a second to the default WP theme?

    Hello,
    I have the same problem as above, each time I update my page, it creates again my first variable.
    How did you fixed the problem?

    It’s a server issue. The version 2.1.2 (just released) fixes the problem.
