Hi,

Coming from an old support ticket: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/variable-sale-not-working/ I need to inform you that deactivating this discount rule plugin doesn’t change anything.

It’s currently deactivated on the website and the display issue exists.

Hi,

I hope you are doing well today.

Please perform a conflict check by deactivating all the plugins except WooCommerce and Variation Price Display Range for WooCommerce. Then check how it behaves.

If it doesn’t help, please try a default theme like Storefront.

To perform the conflict test, you can use the Health Check & Troubleshoot plugin. It will help you perform the conflict test in troubleshooting mode.
