In Dokan free version tax, vat feature is not available. However, this feature is available in the pro version.

When you will use the pro version of this plugin you can create custom tax class like “Restaurants”. You can set different tax rates for “Restaurants” tax class based on countries, states and so on.

The store owner can select the tax classes when they are uploading a product.
