Variants on CSV Import not working

I’ve made a .csv for editing the variations of the products in my shop. When I import it, it says that they’ve imported, but they never show up as variations. The attributes populate, but the products never get created.

If I manually make the variations, when I try to update them with a .csv, all the variations I created disappear.

When I export “all products” the variations exist.

I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong.
