variation not working

It looks like product variations are not working as expected on your end, correct?

To better understand the issue at hand, can you please provide more details on what exactly you are experiencing with regard to variations? Are they not saving correctly? Are you unable to add or generate any variations?

A screenshot of what you are seeing on your end may be helpful. If you do not already have a screenshot tool installed, Snipboard.io can be used for easily sharing screenshots.

Additionally, please can you share the following:

• System Status Report: you can find this via WooCommerce → Status. Select Get system report and then Download for Support. This will download a TXT file that has the contents of the SSR which you can then share with us here.
• Fatal Error Log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.

Checking your site, I am unable to replicate the issue as the variations can be selected without any issues:

Additionally, I am able to add the selected variation to the cart without any issue:

Does this perhaps occur on a specific browser, or is this happening across various browsers on your end?

In the meantime, can you try clearing your browser cache and see if this makes any difference on your end?

If not, please can you share a screenshot of what you are seeing on your end so that we can have a better understanding of what you are experiencing. 🙂

I understand that you are still facing an issue with variations in your site. Upon checking your site, I could notice it works fine from my end.

If the issue persists, you could downgrade your version to the previous WooCommerce version to see if this solves the problem.
