Did this used to work before and then you started having this issue or is it like this since the first time you synced?
Do the products have more than one attribute attached to them? For example, size and color.
Can you also please confirm the WooCommerce and Square version you are using?

Hey @carolm29 thanks for the answer.
Regarding the product where there is one option (not multiple) set in Square, but it shows up as “Attribute” in WooCommerce:

And the product where there is NO option set in Square, but it appears in WooCommerce:

Also i saw that in WooCommerce it shows SKU: N/A, while in Square there is a SKU https://snipboard.io/c1mYew.jpg
I looked and other items do have the correct SKU in WooCommerce.

Thank you for your reply.
In the Adidas Performance Relaxed Cap product, there are 4 product options at Square.
Blue, Navy, Black, and Grey.
When this product is imported to WooCommerce it has the same options mapped to Attributes.
That is why you are seeing four options Blue, Navy, Black, and Grey.
Let me know if you are expecting a different result.
Regarding the product where no options are set in Square.
Could you edit the product in WooCommerce and show me a screenshot of the product settings?
I want to see if it is a Variable product and has any Attributes/Variations.
Lastly, the product where SKU is blank in WooCommerce.
Could you edit the Product and show me the product settings?
For comparison, show me the SKU of another product that has successfully been synced.
How many products have the blank SKU issue?
Once I have more information, I will be in a better position to assist you further. 🙂
