Variation Quantities, cart bug

    Hi,

    After updating from 18.0 to 18.3 there is a new bug with the variation quantities.
    Once you’ve added a product with variation quantities to the cart you can change the “total” quantity and so the price changes but your order stays the same.

    This behaviour was not present in 18.0, the “total” quantity was locked so you could not change it.

    Can you please fix this?
