Variation SKU Import

Hi,
I am using the pro version and trying to import variable products.
My CSV contains several variations rows, the first column is a unique SKU for the variation.
There are no product rows rather products are grouped by Title column. According to documentation, I can import these variations and group them by title. But the only problem is if I select that option there is no way to assign (import) SKU to each variation-
