Product variation is not available on the free version of the Doakn plugin. Moreover, I can understand your requirement but the variation-wise commission feature is not yet available.
You can customize and achieve your requirements or can submit your feature request from here because it can be a good enhancement that we can work on if more users want the same feature.

Variable products are not included in the free version of Dokan right now. For that, we are unable to discuss it in the forum as per the community guideline.
