Variations Greyed Out

    Hello,

    We have just installed WooCommerce on this site. We have one product (t-shirt) with 5 variations (size). Stripe is integrated. the product is defined as Variable Product and Variations do not have inventory control enabled (they did, with 10 units per variation, but inventory control has now been disabled). Prices are entered for each variation.

    On the front end, none of the variations is available to select.

    The theme is a freshly installed Astra.

    Can you please help me resolve why this is not working properly?

    Hello, @jv_oz Thanks for reaching out here. I think there must some plugins which are conflicting with woocommerce functionality.So for the debug purpose you can disable all the plugins except the woocommerce and try to switch on the default theme like the storefront and then try to check to your issues.

    So it is WP Fusion that is causing the conflict. How do you suggest that I resolve that, please?

    As @mohitmishra mentioned above, you would need to find the conflicting plugin (fusion in your case) and then contact their support, letting them know that there are JS errors with the plugin and WooCommerce installed.
