Variations not showing

    Hello,

    I’m creating products pages at the moment. Attributtes and variations were working fine till yesteday but now if i add more than 2 variations it doesn’t show on the website. On back office it’s like i didnt select the variations except i redid it multiple times and saved but still only 2 variations showing and still all the other variations marked as not selected on backoffice.

    I’m not sur how can i correct that, any idea ?

    Hi @sanaejudd,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    I understand you’re having issues with product variations on your website.

    This is quite an odd behavior. As a first step, please try clearing your browser cache and then add the variations again.

    If the problem persists, try deactivating all your plugins except WooCommerce and switch to a default theme like Storefront to see if the issue still occurs. If it does not, reactivate your plugins one by one to identify the conflicting one.

    Should the issue still persists after trying the above steps, please share the following WooCommerce logs:

    • System Status: found under WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
    • Error log: found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs
