variations problem After previous update

    Hi
    After the previous update (not the last one), a problem started with the variations, and only the BRAND appears regularly, and sometimes the price. Dozens of other variations have disappeared. The matter has been going on for about two months now.
    I tried to check, according to your tutorial, a conflict with plugins or theme (flatsome). It did not help, and the problem remained.
    I tried to get into “tools” and regenerated the tables, and all seems to work fine again – But it was temporary and in a short time it goes wrong again and the variations disappear.

    Hi @timmyy21,

    Can you please try to go to WooCommerce > Status > Tools tab and select these options:

    • Clear WooCommerce transients (clear Shop/ Product page Cache)
    • Clear expired transients (Clear all expired transients from WordPress)

      • Then, check again if the product variations appear.

      If the issue persist, to get a better understanding of your setup, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Thanks for providing the System Status.

    As a next step, could you please navigate to WooCommerce > Status > Tools and also delete Orphaned variations and see if that makes a difference?

    If not, please could you share a copy of any fatal error logs by navigating to WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    Deleting Orphaned variations did not return the variations.
    There were no fatal errors in the logs list.

    Hello,

    Thank you for the screenshots. They don’t seem to be related to your current issue.

    Can you also confirm if Enable table usage is checked in WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Advanced? If not, please check that, and then try regenerating the product attributes lookup table from WooCommerce > Status > Tools.

    Thanks for checking that.

    I am aware that you already tried to check for a conflict with plugins or the theme, but we recommend doing the full conflict test properly, just to be thorough. It involves switching to a default WP theme like Twenty Twenty-One or Storefront and deactivating all plugins except for WooCommerce then checking if the issue persists. If it doesn’t, the theme and plugins are reactivated, one by one, checking which one causes the issue to reappear. Here’s the conflict test guide – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

    Please make sure that you remove any/all custom code added to the site.

    If you’d prefer not to make any changes on your live site then you can create a duplicate/staging site. Many hosting providers offer site staging facilities, but if you don’t have such a feature, you can create one with the WP Staging plugin.

    Let us know if the problem still persists or whether the culprit was caught.

    yap.
    its WP Rocket.
    When I just turned off the plugin, with the rest of the plugins, then nothing changed.
    But when I turned them all off, and rebuilt the table, and then I checked plugin after plugin what was destroying it, then I realized that was the cause.

    I’m still not sure what in the settings of WP ROCKET is causing the problem, and I can not give up the plugin just like that .. I will try to understand it.
